So ive tried on 1 ssd, ive tried on 1 hard driver ive tried on intel sata and ive tried on asmedia sate, all having the same issue.

See if you can get an order of operations from the people who claim to have gotten it working, and find out exactly what they did. The one time I had to deal with them I just called the support number, I wasn't about to spend 20 minutes combing over my board for every serial number. I feel i have tried everything, ill be ringing up where i got it from and asking them what the deal is, they could of had it working, i do a fresh install and first driver i try is the asmedia and it doesnt work, last driver i install is asmedia and also doesnt work. or even it says need the rev of the motherboard, i click the link where to find and the link is broken, alot of there links are broken.Īnyway ive been dealing with Asus and they are not any better with helping, they keep repeating the same things, all i want now is a refund on this board and ill upgrade to the deluxe with usb 3.1 and hope the chipset is better

i go to fill out a form for tech help, and it says you need to fill out all the details, but the thing is ive filled out every box. I have to say Asus website has to be the WORST ive ever dealed with when trying to get help. Skipping around whoever you bought it from and dealing directly with ASUS sounds like the only viable option at this point. It seems that you have put a monumental amount of time into this. Unless they showed you in person that it was functioning at 100% I wouldn't necessarily believe them.
